Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a born in Holland. She is an American performer and actress. She is best known for her work in theatre and in the role of Chelsea Daniels, the star of That's So Raven on Disney Channel as well as Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol is an Dutch base American actor (Female) and vocalist best known for her recurring parts in the television series That's So Raven. Van der Pol performed pop/R&B renditions of The Lion King Circle of Life and Cinderella The Dream Is a Wish My Heart Makes, as part of The Disney Channel Circle of Stars. To promote an episode of Disneymania in the year 2006, van derPol performed the Disney Classic Candle on the Water. In her role as Belle van der Pol on broadway, she has recorded several songs that were featured on the film's soundtrack. One of these songs is her famous A Change in Me.
